Offered by the Technical University of Dortmund the program “Bachelor of Arts for Teacher Training in English (Vocational Schools)” is with a duration of six semesters. This interdisciplinary course comprises British literature and culture, linguistics with academic studies in English didactics, American studies and more. A language practice is also included. The program is particularly distinguished by the extensive elective options available. Students are able to select their emphases from a number of different seminar topics and a strong emphasis is placed upon international exchange relations.
