With a length of three semesters the study course “Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering” is provided by the Technical University of Dortmund. The full-time degree program is aimed at consolidating the experience gained during the Bachelor’s program and involves specialist laboratories, project work with the opportunity to choose among six different profile modules to set priorities corresponding to the interests of students. While broadening the comprehension in methodologies, participants of this course are well-equipped with knowledge in a wide range of subjects with close practical relevance. In addition to manufacturing processes and product developments, the course also adapts to current topics such as the digital factory, simulation techniques and the exchange of information in the value-added network.
