“Bachelor of Arts for Teacher Training in Physical Education (Grammar Schools and Comprehensive Schools)” is with a duration of six semesters provided by the Technical University of Dortmund. The program imparts three linked disciplines. Those follow theory and practice of movement and sport areas, sports science fields of activity and studies in school and extracurricular professional fields. Students obtain sport science, sport didactic and sport practical expertise. The course meets with the demands of school practice and extracurricular fields of activity in sport while furthermore it places a focus on didactic questions regarding the teaching different sport form aspects. Involved internships supervised and then assessed by means of courses provide students with comprehensive, professional preparation in teaching.
