With a length of six semesters the program “Bachelor of Arts for Teacher Training in Protestant Theology (Special Education)” is provided by the Technical University of Dortmund. The included internships and didactic sessions trough this course aim to expand student’s overview of the theology aspects. Participants follow up a scientific study of the Bible while also focusing on Christian religious and philosophical tradition. By involving various fields of study, the Bachelor’s degree explores the whole theological spectrum with an emphasis upon independent teaching and academic research. This is supplemented by the subjects of religious education, systematic theology, history of church, New Testament as well as Old Testament.
