The degree program “Bachelor of Arts for Teacher Training in Protestant Theology (Vocational Schools) is with a length of six semesters offered by the Technical University of Dortmund. Providing a complete range of theological studies with individual aspects of research and teaching, the course reflects on a numerous subjects. Those include the subjects of New Testament, Old Testament, systematic theology, religious education and church history. The course is comprised by different sub-disciplines. They are geared towards the scientific study of the Bible, the ancient and traditional Christian faith. Furthermore, the focus falls on the exploration of theology from the viewpoint of the trainees during the practical courses and the didactic classes.
