Provided by the Technical University of Dortmund the study course “Bachelor of Arts in Rehabilitation Pedagogy” is with a length of six semesters. The Bachelor aims at imparting comprehension in social rehabilitation and education services and support for people with disabilities, social welfare as well as healthcare system. By first conveying broad basic instruction in the area of social rehabilitation, participants develop abilities in order to be able to apply the scientific findings into practice andto process and communicate specialist knowledge. Furthermore, the program offers the possibility to study specific areas of social and educational rehabilitation in greater depth and provides with solid methodical skills through project-based and cross-disciplinary activities.
