Description


The study course “Bachelor of Science in Brewing and Beverage Technology” at the Technical University of Munich is six semesters long. It introduces the engineering, biological, technological and biochemical processes of beverage production and brewing. The curriculum contains the topics of Purchasing and assessment of raw materials, Implementation of quality assurance systems, Control of analytical and sensory product properties and more. Students develop skills to plan, analyze, select and test raw materials for beverage production and more beneficial competencies. Graduates can continue their education with a Master or beverage industry, breweries or malting plants, food and chemical industries and plant construction.
