The two-semester program “Master of Science in Operational Safety Management” offered by TH Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences provides a part-time course of studies, whose target group are working university graduates. The classes usually take place on Friday evenings and Saturday morning, or in the form of block seminars. Students gain knowledge in the fields of integrated human resource and safety management. The curriculum is compound of modules in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, quality management and etc. A six-month Master`s thesis is written at the end of the program, often on a student`s own company project in order for them to incorporate their Master`s thesis into their everyday work.
