Description
The degree program “Master of Science in Architecture” at the University of Kaiserslautern is designed to deepen the knowledge and skills of students in the planning, design, visualization and construction of buildings. It is geared to students of architecture, landscape architecture, engineering and related disciplines who wish to enhance their academic, intellectual and professional skills. The course of studies is organized around knowledge of design and planning. A range of themes are taught in lectures, field works and studios, where the aim is to bring together knowledge, methodology theory and high levels of professional skills within the framework of projects. After successfully graduating from this degree program, individuals will have doors open to many professions, including architects, architectural technologists or interior and spatial designers. Apart from that, graduates can find employment in structural engineering as well as in construction management.
