The nine-semester part-time study program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts in its location in Holzminden provides students with comprehensive knowledge that they can implement immediately to their work. The program aims at already working people. Thematically it incorporates the conventional business administration subjects such as human resource management, taxation, marketing and etc. As a particular emphasis is put on the small and medium businesses and start-ups, students attend obligatory modules in which they learn innovation processes, succession arrangements and others. The curriculum is arranged with a great flexibility, enabling students to learn from home, to continue working and also having a private life. As students work alongside the program, they can use what they have learned simultaneously, but graduates will also improve their skills in strategic planning and everyday processes.
