The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Science in Forestry” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts provides students with a solid knowledge in the diversity of the forest ecosystems. Throughout the course of study, participants will look into topics such as forest management, soil and climate science, forest and society and etc. The classes are arranged in groups of around 40 students. Incorporated to the curriculum are exciting trips and many project works, ensuring that theory and practice blends. Moreover, students have the great opportunity to make many contacts with professionals from the field. They will also have the option to obtain the nationally recognised Forest Teaching Certificate, enabling them to enter the environmental education working sphere. Graduates are working in forest districts, wood processing companies, forestry companies and etc.
