Description
The seven-semester study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Green Building - Building Technology, Energy Efficiency, Humankind and Environment” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts in its location in Holzminden has a particular purpose – to educate students how to reduce the environmental impact of building from conception to deconstruction. The course of study involves technical building systems design utilizing contemporary planning and simulation software, as well as evaluation of ecologically friendly construction materials. Participants have the opportunity to choose specialization area – building technology/ structure or digital TBS planning. The practical phases, trips, and projects will prepare students for the needs of the job market. Graduates of the program are active in planning of plant engineering, construction management for new buildings or renovations and etc.
