The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Economics and Management” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts in its location in Holzminden provides students with a comprehensive education in the field of real estate, considered as an economic object. Participants are taught general business administration, economics, law, architecture, and etc. The curriculum is in such way designed to assure students` future success, incorporating topics such as accounting, portfolio and risk management, asset management and management accounting, and others. Moreover, internships, practical projects, case studies and excursions will assist students in becoming deeply familiar with their future working environment. Graduates are active in the real estate industry, which encompasses a variety of tasks – from project development for new construction to portfolio management and fund management.
