The four-semester interdisciplinary study program “Master of Science in Real Estate Management” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts in its location in Holzminden provides an education that focuses on the intersection of business, technology, and law in the field of real estate. The sub discipline`s materials are as diverse as the competencies which will be demanded by the students in their future jobs. Some of the topics that are discussed throughout the course of study are management, controlling and international accounting, green building, legal issues in real estate project development, and etc. Student also choose one of the following fields of specialisation – real estate valuation, real estate project development, real estate portfolio and risk management or real estate corporate finance. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are ready to take up management position in the real estate industry.
