The four-semester study program “Master of Arts in Regional Development and Business Development” offered by University of Applied Sciences and Arts in its location in Göttingen provides students with a thorough education in the field. Regional managers and business promoters have a wide range of activities, from obtaining subsidies for a company to developing a regional tourist offers. To excel in all of these complex tasks, students are taught regional management, tourism and regional development, facilitation and conflict management and etc. Many assignments are completed in small student groups. Moreover, participants go on various trips, in order to get an insight into other European locations. Graduates of the program are active in business promotion agencies, the Chamber of Crafts, tourism and regional associations, and etc.
