Clinical Psychology is a branch of Psychology that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of various psychological disorders and conditions, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders and learning disabilities. Clinical Psychology deals with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders and aims to identify and solve psychological problems using different methods and approaches. Clinical Psychology is very important, because it studies mental health which plays a key role in people’s wellbeing. Clinical Psychology university programs typically teach subjects like Biological and General Psychology, Social and Developmental Psychology, Statistics, Cognitive Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Psychology of Behavior, Applied Psychometrics, Psychotherapy, Learning and Memory, Thinking and Communication and others.
