The program “Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering: Construction in Existing Contents” at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences is three or five semesters long. The course deepens and expands the already acquired knowledge from the undergraduate degree. The training offers the three areas of construction and construction management, construction and structural mechanics and Water and transport infrastructure, from which students must choose one to study in-depth. The course content consists of Higher Mathematics, elective modules, focus modules, an Interdisciplinary project and a Master's thesis. Graduates begin careers in construction management, transportation engineering, quality control, nuclear engineering and building control.
