The part-time program “Master of Laws in Taxation” at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences has a continuation of five semesters. The goal of the course is to provide students with further knowledge and competencies in taxation. The language of instruction is German and English. The curriculum includes Annual financial statements, accounting and balance sheet tax law, labour law, commercial law, tax code, tax court code, reorganization tax law and other subjects. To apply, prospective students must present a bachelor’s degree in business administration or commercial law and have proficiency in English. Graduates find jobs in tax consulting, in law firms or the tax department of a commercial enterprise.
