The “Bachelor of Arts in Public Management” is a 3-semester long program taught in German. A 6-month introductory internship must be taken prior to the beginning of the course. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Organization/personnel/information Processing, Regulatory Administration, Performance Management, Economics and Finance, Local Politics, etc. Also, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll gain hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the BA promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in various sectors of the field. The BA is also the foundation for a later Master’s degree.
