By definition, Kinesiology is a holistic form of medicine that studies human movement and muscle function. Kinesiology aims to comprehend how physiological, biomechanical, and psychological dynamic processes affect health and detect, diagnose and treat a variety of imbalances and disorders. The main goal of Kinesiology is to understand complex mechanisms of movement and help the human body function in the best way.
