The Bachelor’s degree "Bachelor of Science in Computer Science" at the University of Bayreuth offers basic competencies in both practical and theoretical computer science. It also includes analysis, design, implementation and project management skills, technological skills and interdisciplinary, methodological and social skills. Thus, The University of Bayreuth also offers various master’s degree programs in the field of computer science, in which the knowledge and skills acquired in this Bachelor’s degree can be expanded and deepened. The main purpose of this course is to offer alternative applications in natural and engineering sciences, mathematics, law and economics, and media studies. The entry requirements include general or relevant subject-related higher education entrance qualification or professional qualification, as well as language skills certificate: German B2.
