The University of Bayreuth offers the six-semester Bachelor's degree "Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Society", which provides the students the opportunity to combine two subjects from the fields of cultural, linguistic and literary studies according to your individual interests. The subjects that are applied in this program include: Arabic studies, educational sciences, ethnology, history, Islamic studies, linguistics, religious studies and sociology. Also, special structure of the course enables the students to decide in the advanced course whether they want to study both subjects equally to the end or whether they prefer to deepen one of the two subjects through the flexible mobility or Bachelor thesis. The entry requirements include general or relevant subject-related higher education entrance qualification or professional qualification, as well as language certificate (German or French: B2 level).
