The Master's degree “Master of Science in Digitization & Entrepreneurship” at the University of Bayreuth is a preparation for the students to design their own digital solutions, with the help of relevant scientific and practical methods. Thus, it gives the opportunity to illuminate the topics of digital transformation, innovation and business start-ups from different perspectives - and above all up close in practice-relevant projects - to link theoretical and methodological approaches with one another, as well as to reflect and evaluate them. This Master’s program is highly beneficial, due to the close cooperation with the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bayreuth and one of the largest specialist groups for business informatics in Germany. The students will also find close interlinking of the departments involved and at the same time will have the opportunity to develop an individual profile in the spectrum between digitization and entrepreneurship. The offer is aimed primarily at Bachelor graduates with a grade of "2.5" or better and competencies in the fields of economics, (business) computer science and (business) engineering, as well as related or interdisciplinary fields of study and linguistic proficiency German: C1; English: C1.
