The focus of the MBA course “Responsibility, Leadership and Communication” is on imparting value-oriented leadership and management skills. As participants, the course will enable its students to develop an individual leadership style based on ethical and economic knowledge. It will also prepare them to work in industries and departments for the diverse challenges of a management position in everyday practice. Therefore, this part-time course of study extends over a period of at least two years. During this time, compressed teaching phases take place several times a year on fixed attendance weekends and the successful completion of a course leads to an academic title. The future graduates will be prepared for the diverse challenges of a management position in everyday practice in all industries and areas, such as the private sector, politics or medicine. The entry requirements include completed studies with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree, as well as proof of at least 24 months of professional experience after completing university studies and German language skills in accordance with level B2.
