The six-semester degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature” is offered at the University of Bonn. During the study course, applicants will gain detailed knowledge about international reception of works and authors, multiplicity of intertextuality, the connection between art and culture. Participants will learn about transnational and intercultural literature, which is way over the literary deep analysis and individual philologies. After completing the entire study course sucessfully, graduates possess with the necessity qualification and academic knowledge to commence work at educational institutions, libraries, cultural institutions, international organizations, diplomatic service, embassies and administrations.
