The certificate program “Education and Personality” is a 2-semester long program conducted in German. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll gain hands-on experiance and key competencies. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, project management, communication and organisation, problem-solving, moderation, etc. Participants will learn the importance of the teacher’s personality and how it affects the educational processes. The program also teaches participants a holistic approach to challenging situations and provides them with the tools needed to become better teachers.
