The “Bachelor of Arts in Teacher Education Primary School” is a 6-semester long program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Educational Sciences, Digitization, Health Education, Education for Sustainable Development and Teamwork. Also, participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their studies. The BA is application-oriented and aims to provide students with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. The BA prepares graduates for complex tasks and qualifies them to assume teaching positions at primary schools. It is also the foundation for a later Master’s degree.
