The “Master of Education in Teacher Education Primary School” is a 4-semester long program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at Karlsruhe University of Education. Throughout their studies, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of German and Mathematics, Educational Sciences, and Subject Didactics and Methodology. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. The MEd also offers them the opportunity to carry out internships and further their knowledge. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions at primary schools.
