The four-semester study program “Master of Arts in Economics, Law and Social Sciences” offered by University of Erfurt provides a combination of three different subject areas – law, social sciences and economics. The program is specially created for students who have already done their related Bachelor degrees and want to build or expand their interdisciplinary perspective on social issues. The curriculum is created, ensuring flexibility and the opportunity for students to choose their courses, in accordance to their interests and priorities. The course of study`s goal is to prepare students to conduct an autonomous, interdisciplinary, and analytical study of the Federal Republic of Germany`s political, social, and economy order, as well as be competent about its European and foreign relations. The curriculum imparts empirical and theoretical concepts, as well as essential interdisciplinary skills. There are two options available for the prospective students, which are combinations of the offered subjects. Graduates of the program work in companies, NGOs, science and research, public administration, and etc.
