The two-year interdisciplinary study program “Master of Public Policy” is offered by Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, which is part of the University of Erfurt. The English-taught course of study is the perfect option for all those who want to build careers in the fields of public service, government agencies, and NGOs. The curriculum is so designed, as to ensure a connection between theory and practice, learning students how to analyse difficult issues and how to solve them through making strong policy decisions. Incorporated to the program, there are topics from the political sciences, economics, sociology, and law, which are addressed in order for participants to require the needed skills for policy analysts. Some of the subjects that are taught are statistics, public management and ethics. Graduates of the program have bright career prospects working in the public sector, in NGOs, in the European Parliament, the World Bank, and etc.
