The 3-semester degree program “Master of Business Administration in Business Management” offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg provides a part-time course with emphasis on management fundamentals. It is divided into three phases and, at the end of it, participants write a Bachelor thesis. The Leading teaching module deals with responsible management, whereas the Acting teaching module focuses on marketing, operations and innovation. In addition, the Analyzing teaching module aims here to analytically record the added value and to derive the right instructions for the optimal control of the company. However, admissions are restricted and a completed first university degree is required in order to enroll in this program.
