The degree program “Master of Science in Chemical and Bioengineering” is offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and provides a consecutive course of studies. Spanning a standard study period of four semesters, the curriculum is aimed at students who want to further develop their subject-specific knowledge and skills.  The latter program serves participants the option to specialize in 4 of the following 8 core modules: Bioreaction and bioprocess engineering, Mechanical Process Engineering, Numerical methods for granular and molecular systems, Process machines and apparatus technology, Reaction engineering, Fluid mechanics, Technical thermodynamics and Thermal Process Engineering. In addition, career prospects for graduates are excellent, being able to work in various areas related to chemical and bioengineering. However, in order to enroll in this program, applicants are required to present a relevant bachelor's degree.
