Description
The consecutive degree program “Master of Science in Computational Engineering“ offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg is geared towards Bachelor graduates interested in computer sciences. The course of study amounts to four semesters and has a modular structure. During the curriculum, knowledge in the subfields of mathematics, computer science and technical application is deepened. In addition, participants are required to apply for a technical application subject, in order to submit a study concept. Applicants can choose between the subjects control engineering, mechatronics, optics and photonics, information technology, thermo- and fluid dynamics, solid mechanics and dynamics, computational materials science or medical technology. The 4-semester curriculum also provides for the creation of the Master’s thesis. However, in order to enroll in this program, applicants are required to present a relevant bachelor's degree.
