The consecutive degree program “Master of Arts in Ethics of Text Cultures“ offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg is geared towards Bachelor graduates interested in applied ethics. The latter course of study amounts to four semesters. Aiming to provide students with in-depth knowledge, the course offers participants an opportunity to perform public writing speaking rhetoric. Furthermore, History and theory of ethics, Hermeneutics and Understanding Others, Narrativity and Normativity, Theories of canon and value formation, Linguistic, communication and media science aspects of norm formationand more are taught during the course. However, for admission to the course applicants are required to present a Bachelor’s degree.
