The consecutive degree program “Master of Science in GeoThermie/GeoEnergie” is offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Spanning a standard duration of 4 semesters, the curriculum conveys students modern exploration methods. Basics of reservoir geology and petrology, Rock mechanics, tectonics and stress field analysis, Basics of drilling, conveyor and energy technology, Business administrationand many more core areas are taught. In addition, the course is in a close cooperation with the Technical University of Munich. However, in order to enroll in this program, applicants are required to present a relevant bachelor's degree.
