In the first phase of the “History (Teaching at Grammar Schools)” program, students receive a basic education in the working techniques, tools and methods of historical science. Moreover, they gain solid orientational knowledge and skills. Furthermore, participants are given an opportunity to focus on a specific content of their studies and to select two focal points of their own choice. Students can choose between ancient history, medieval history, history of the early modern period and contemporary history. With the advanced skills gained, they are prepared for an independent scientific work in the field of history. Upon graduation, they are also able to work in various fields.
