The degree program “Master of Laws in Law” is offered by University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. The duration amounts to 2 semesters. The curriculum is aimed at students have already acquired an academic degree that corresponds to the First State Examination in Law. Throught the three-month master’s thesis and the oral master’s examination, students should prove that they have mastered the fundamentals of German law. They participants have to provide a proof that they are able to scientifically work on a selected legal problem in greater depth within this framework.
