The “Master of Education in Teaching in Grammar Schools” program at University of Flensburg is with a length of 4 semesters. The course intends to deepen students’ skills and competence in the field through an interdisciplinary, highly practical and application-oriented curriculum. Students can acquire skills in German as a second language, inclusion, dealing with heterogeneity, diagnosis and support, media education and school development. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must present a German university entrance qualification and proof of sufficient knowledge of the German language. A number of career paths are open to graduates of the program.
