The “Master of Science in Beverage Technology” is provided at the Justus Liebig University Giessen. This course is a four-semester, German-taught, full-time program. It aims to expand the students’ academic knowledge and abilities in the area of beverage technology. Therefore, the participants will deepen their understanding in microbiology, drinks and food, packing technology, etc. Furthermore, the future graduates will be highly qualified to work within beverage industry, quality management, production departments, technological departments and many others. The entry requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in the field of beverage technology.
