Description
AThe “Bachelor of Science in Food Chemistry” is provided by the Justus Liebig University Giessen. This course is a six-semester, German-taught program. The main purpose of this program is to further participants’ knowledge in food chemistry, including all the models and analysis, connected to it. Furthermore, the students will gain knowledge in organic and inorganic chemistry, food chemistry, analytic chemistry, microbiology, mathematics and many others. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Bachelor’s thesis. Therefore, the future graduates will be highly qualified to work within food industry, nutrition departments, cosmetics departments, agriculture, chemistry industry, etc. The admission requirements include a general university entry certificate.
