Description
The “Master of Science in Food Economics” is provided at the Justus Liebig University Giessen. This course is a four-semester, German-taught program. It aims to develop the students already gained knowledge and skills in the fields of food economics. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in the areas of food sciences, food technology, nutrition, nutrition analysis, global market, food industry and many others. The future graduates will be academically well-prepared to work within the food sector, business management teams, food science departments, etc. The entry requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in any related major.
