The “Master of Arts in Inclusive and Elementary Education” is provided by the Justus Liebig University Giessen as a four-semester, German-taught program. The main purpose of this postgraduate course is to develop the students understanding in the fields of inclusive and elementary education. Therefore, the participants will further their knowledge and academic abilities in childhood education, education principles, educational analysis and researches, didactics, methodology, rehabilitation, mental health care and many others. Furthermore, the participants get the chance to do an internship. At the end of their studies, the students will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work within education, mental health organisations, child care, research departments, social services, etc. The admission requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in any related major.
