Description
The Justus Liebig University Giessen offers the “Master of Science in Insect Biotechnology and Bioresources” as a full-time, English-taught, four-semester program. This Master’s degree aims to develop the participants already gained knowledge in the fields of insect biotechnology and bioresources. Therefore, the students will deepen their understanding in food technology, natural production and development, entomology, chemistry, bioinformatics and antibiotics, methodology, food analysis, laboratory practices and many others. After successful graduation the participants will be highly qualified to work across biotechnology industry and appropriate organisations. The admission requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in any related major, as well as language proficiency in English.
