The Justus Liebig University Giessen offers the “Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies on Eastern Europe”. This course is a full-time, four-semester, German-taught postgraduate program. The main goal of this program is to further the participants’ academic knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary studies and Eastern Europe. Therefore, the students will deepen their understanding in the fields of Eastern European history, culture, law, economics, business principles, Eastern Europe development and recent changes, and many others. At the end of their studies, the students will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The future graduates will be well prepared to work across education, public services, cultural departments, communication management, etc. The entry requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in any similar area.
