The “Master of Science in Livestock Sciences” is provided by the Justus Liebig University Giessen. This course is divided into four semesters, and it is a German-taught. The main goal of this postgraduate degree is to introduce the students to the basics of livestock sciences. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in the area of biotechnology, animal nutrition, nutrition principles, nutrition physiology, pet genetics, laboratory practices, agricultural technology and many others. At the end of their studies, the students will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The future graduates will be well prepared to work within variety of organisations. The admission requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in any related major.
