Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences” is provided by the Justus Liebig University Giessen as a six-semester, full-time, German-taught program. It aims to introduce the students to the basics of nutritional sciences. Therefore, the participants will gain further academic knowledge and abilities in the areas of biochemistry, nutritional physiology, chemistry, physics, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistical analysis, food analysis, food technology, etc. During the last semester of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Bachelor’s thesis. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work as nutritionists across variety of organisations and departments. The admission requirements include a general university entry certificate.
