Description
The “Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences” is provided by the Justus Liebig University Giessen as a four-semester, German-taught program. Throughout this postgraduate course, the participants will further their academic knowledge and abilities in the fields of human nutrition, applied dietetics, nutrition methodology, food evaluation, biochemistry, nutritional physiology, chemistry, physics, statistical analysis, food analysis, food technology, etc. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. Therefore, the future graduates will be highly qualified to work as nutritionists across variety of organisations and departments. The admission requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in any relate d major.
