The Justus Liebig University Giessen offers the “Bachelor of Science in Physics and Technology for Space Travel Applications”. This course is provided due to the university and its collaboration with the Technical University of Central Hesse - University of Applied Sciences. It is also a six-semester, full-time, German-taught program. The main goal of this program is to further the students’ academic knowledge and skills in the fields of physics, engineering concepts, engineering experiments, experimental physics, technology, travel applications, analysis of space systems, computer sciences, mathematics, etc. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Bachelor’s thesis. Furthermore, the students will get a chance to do a technical internship. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work within engineering, chemistry, physics industry, education, research departments, technology organisations, and many others. The entry requirements include a general university entry qualification.
