Description

The “Master of Laws in Sports Law” program at Justus Liebig University Giessen is intended for students with a law degree and previous experience. The course curriculum comprises of Basics of Sports Law, Private regulation, Sports Institutional Issues, Arbitration and International Sports Law, Club and athlete management, Legal status of the athlete, Sports and Marketing, Sports liability and insurance, Welfare Functions of Sport, Doping and its sanctions and other relevant subjects. Entry requirements include proof of having passed the first legal examination, proof of having passed the Second State Examination in Law and at least one year of professional experience.
