The “Master in Science in Business Education and Human Resource Development“ is designed for people with a bachelor’s degree in the discipline. The program is German-taught and it continues for 4 semesters. The curriculum includes mandatory courses in Business Education, Foundations in business administration, and Human resource development, human resource management and law. Participants have the chance to tailor their studies and choose an elective module. The MSc is practice-oriented and aims to deepen the knowledge of participants. Graduates have the opportunity to pursue various leadership positions in the field.
